Because I don't have enough to do, I started doing these little sketches while waiting at the vet for Trin. She is doing great now she gets her stitches out today. I 'll post a picture of her later she is very photogenic I am quite jealous. Anyway I started these sketches of birds and squirrels and started to think of settings to put them in and I remembered The foot of the mountain restaurant in Mercersburg PA. I used to go there with my grandmother and great aunt. I still go there with my father on occasion I took Duane up to see it and got a great shot of the window. They have it set up so you can eat and watch the squirrels and birds hang out on this home made obstacle course, sitting on the tree line, along the mountain. If I were a smart photographer I would have taken a shot without Duane in it. So that is more work taking him out. PLUS it is in the spring. I need winter so that was more work. Well the setting is done and now I want to add the animals. I've started with the Cardinals sketches. It has strangely become a process i do the sketches make an animation break it down then use the cells as product. its like doing the advertisement before the product but I like it. It keeps me on task.. Kind of. here is where I am so far I hope out of this video to get clip art of the winter animals. We shall see.
